Welcome to our little corner of the world!
Thanks for joining us! We relocated late in 2019 from Atlanta to the mountains of western North Carolina, lived in rental housing while we searched for our new home, moved in the middle of a pandemic, and have settled into a “new normal” for the foreseeable future. Life has been eventful, to say the least! We are finally getting back around to having time to focus on sharing our happenings with all of you, so stick around to find out about all the fun! We are embracing the slower pace of life and plan to embark on a health journey that we should have taken long ago. We will share where we are starting and what we plan to do, tips along the way, and victories (and their celebrations!) when we achieve them.
We didn’t get to where we are overnight, so this will be an ongoing journey where we hope to be able to encourage some of you along the way. We hope you’ll follow along with us….and even share your own journey, too! Leave us comments on things that interest or inspire you.
